National Cycling, Swimming and Track and Field Championships 2023: District 3 lead at end of day 4

At the end of Day Four, action in the 61st National Cycling, Swimming, and Track and Field Championships have seen District 3 on top of proceedings at the Leonora Training Centre.
District Eleven were out to dominate, and Tianna Springer and Javon Roberts were phenomenal in copping gold in the U18 Boys and Girls 800 metre races, forcing Joseph Hannah (District 10) and Jamal Sullivan (District 4) into second place, while Ian Bancroft (District 13) and Vannyetta Francis (District 9) had to fill third position.
Naressa McPherson (District 11) and Thomas Kosi managed to come out on top of the competition in the U20 Girls and Boys 800m races, with Samuel Henry and McAndrew Lerissa settling for second place and Akandy Vammaalson and Tameka Whittaker in third place.
Persaud Kaidon(District 10) and Marissa Thomas (District 4) were phenomenal in copping first in the U16 Boys and Girls 800m races, with Blucher Alikila (District 10) and Jonathon Bristol(District 11) filling the position of second, and Leron Henry (District 4) and McKinnon Ester(District 3)in third place.
The District One duo of Orlando Thomas and Smith Telecia despite their small appearance, managed to come out on top of the proceedings as they clinched gold in the U14 Girls 800m in which they went in to force Byonce Pedro and Ackel Henry (District 2) into second place and Adams Javainte (District 10) into third.(Omar McKenzie)
