NBA legend engages local basketballers

Renowned Nigeria-born NBA legend Hakeem “The Dream” Olajuwon on Friday made his maiden voyage to the Land of Many Waters in a historic occurrence for Guyana’s basketball.
Later in the evening, the former Houston Rockets player took some time out to engage with and answer burning questions from members of Guyana’s basketball fraternity. Players from the youth/ school level all the way to former players and administrators relished the opportunity to learn from the two- time NBA Championship and Olympic gold medal winner
