Niche Guyana: Personalising your Christmas gifts

Looking for unique and personalised gifts for your loved ones this Christmas?

Be sure to check out Niche Guyana and Concept 3D.

Established by 25-year-old Czerda Frank, these businesses incorporate modern technology and a touch of traditional charm.

Niche Guyana

Niche Guyana is a small business that focuses on bringing high-quality, handcrafted wooden and leather goods to everyday consumers.

“Our products are aesthetically pleasing and designed with the relationship between form and function in mind,” Czerda told Sunday  Times Magazine.

With Niche Guyana, you are bound to find a unique gift item from cutting board and photo frames to poster boards, coaster sets, and custom plaques.

Niche Guyana also offers leather goods like wallets, pouches, keyrings and notebooks.

Moreover, you can get these gifts laser engraved with a special message for your loved ones.

“They are customised specifically to each customer and can be engraved with any personal message that the giver might wish to convey.

“There’s no better way to show your appreciation for someone than by presenting them with something made just for them,” Czerda expressed.

Concept 3D

Concept 3D offers 3D modelling and printing services. With these services, customers can get phone cases, fashion pieces, custom jewellery, toys, figurines, office accessories, home décor and household items, basically, almost anything from your wildest imagination.

According to Czerda, Concept 3D was created with the aim of pioneering 3D printing and other modern methods of digital fabrication in Guyana.

“Our products are great Christmas gifts because they epitomise customisation and personal fabrication. With our technology, you can create endless possibilities. 3D printing makes it possible to create just about anything that you can imagine, including the perfect Christmas gift,” he expressed.

About Czerda Frank

Czerda Frank has a background in engineering and an inclination for entrepreneurship.

As an engineer, he was exposed to 3D modelling while studying abroad, and upon his return to Guyana, he pitched the idea to potential business partners.

After noticing the gap in the market locally, he decided to research the technology and its feasibility before eventually starting Concept 3D in mid-2017.

The establishment of Niche Guyana came afterwards. Apart from being an engineer, Czerda is also excellent when it comes to woodworking.

“I’ve always liked modern, unique, well-made craft items and had a hard time finding those in Guyana. I picked up woodworking and leather craft as hobbies to be able to make some of those items for myself, friends and family, and it eventually grew into the business that it is now,” Czerda explained.
