Dear Editor,
While City Hall is getting the full brunt of criticisms following the flooding of the city, it has been noted from reports in the media that other local government bodies and authorities were allegedly found equally wanting and lacking.
In regard to visits to communities and regions by officials, the cry of residents was the lack of response from officials in their communities and villages to be proactive and render timely help and assistance. These allegations should be investigated, and errant officials disciplined.
