In observance of Cancer Awareness Month, N&S Algoo Brokers donated care vouchers, office equipment, cash donation and other tokens to members of the Guyana Council of Organisations for Persons with Disabilities (GCOPD).
Angelica Bassoo, who is visually impaired, received a mobile phone to help her access her schoolwork while Mekyla Belgrave received a cash donation to assist her to cover the expenses to sit the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) exams later this year.

Additionally, GCOPD received care vouchers that will be given to two women with disabilities to visit a specialist to have a breast examination and to conduct other medical tests.
GCOPD also received a high-efficiency multi-functioning printer.
The management and members of GCOPD expressed gratitude to the Algoo family for their kind donation and for including Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the significant and timely initiative.
