Hours after the Guyana Police Force (GPF) sought the assistance of the general public in identifying the body of a pedestrian who was involved in an accident that occurred on Friday, it was positively identified as that of Seeram Sudaran.

The accident reportedly occurred at about 07:00h on Herstelling Public Road, East Bank Demerara (EBD), and involved a motor lorry GWW 9210.
While details about the accident remain sketchy, the Police Force in a statement has stated that man is of mixed race.
“He is slim built, in his late twenty and was wearing an orange t-shirt, and pair of gray pants”, the statement said. The body was identified by the now dead man’s brother.
