Pensioner to pay $10,000 for using indecent language

Seventy-year-old Patrick Richardson of Redwood Crescent, Mackenzie, Linden, was fined $10,000 by Magistrate Wanda Fortune on Friday after he was found guilty in absentia for the offence of indecent language.
Richardson was charged on December 11, 2020, in relation to the offence, which was committed on Wilma Mc Donald, also of the same address.
The incident occurred on December 6, 2020.
Failure to pay the fine will result in the pensioner spending two weeks in jail.
