Adesh Rambharose is a young entrepreneur who resides at Parika, East Bank of Essequibo. This 22-year-old is a senior dancer attached to the Jewan Ka Nritya Dance Group, is a play writer, director, actor and founder of Magic’s Touch Décor; who dreams of someday making it big in the field of professional events décor and planning management.
This humble and hardworking individual enjoys meeting new people, exploring and of course acting and dancing. He attended Blake Primary School and after attended the Uitvlugt Secondary School where he completed his secondary education.
In 2012, his first production “I Should Have Been There” made it to the finals of the National Drama Festival winning the Best Written & Directed play, Best Costume & Set Dressing, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Performing Cast and Best Production 1st Runner- Up awards. In 2013, another one of his productions, “Old Iguana” walked away with the Best Production 3rd runner-up award and in 2016, his very recent production “Counterfeit Love”, where he won the award for Best Actor among a few others.
Rambharose has also written and directed many other plays too numerous to mention and has a passion and love for dancing and his many friends, supporters and wellwishers. His favourite quote is “Go out there and do your best, what is for you will always be yours.”
