Persons should have been suspended

Dear Editor,
The perceived reluctance by the Chair of GECOM to condignly deal with the alleged election riggers is due, if not in part, then wholly, to the fact that these matters and persons are before the court.
As was seen during the five-month-long imbroglio, Madam Chair will not interfere with, or intervene in, matters before the court, but will await the outcomes of these matters before taking any decisions.
In the interim though, these persons should have been ‘suspended’ from duty pending the court outcomes.

Sincerely,
Shamshun Mohamed
