Physical tickets now on sale for Guyana Grand Prix

Physical tickets for the highly-anticipated Guyana Grand Prix are now available as the Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club (GMR&SC) moves closer to hosting what is expected to be one of the biggest motorsport events ever staged in Guyana.
The GMR&SC announced that printed tickets officially went on sale on Wednesday, June 24, adding to the online sales already available through the GuyanaGo.org platform. The physical tickets can be purchased at all Lyft Gym locations and at the GMR&SC office at Thomas Lands and Albert Street in Georgetown.

The Guyana Grand Prix is scheduled for July 11-12 at the South Dakota Circuit, Timehri, where regional and international competitors are expected to gather for a major weekend of racing, entertainment, and fan experiences.
General admission tickets are available for both days, with Saturday’s ticket priced at $4000, while Sunday race-day admission starts at $9000.
A GMR&SC representative said the printed tickets arrived this week and were distributed after the club added its official security markings.
“We got the tickets in our hands this week. We just needed to add our signature security marking and then distribute,” the spokesperson said. “Fans will be pleased to know that they can now get those tickets in their hands.”
The club has also introduced premium options for fans who want a more exclusive experience. The Sunday VIP Experience is priced at $50,000 and includes access to a premium hospitality suite with lunch, snacks, an open bar with dedicated service, private air-conditioned restroom facilities, dedicated VIP parking and panoramic views of the South Dakota circuit.
According to the GMR&SC, interest in the VIP package has been strong, with only a final allocation of tickets remaining.

“We’re excited to officially launch physical ticket sales and welcome fans from across Guyana and the region to what promises to be the biggest motor racing event yet,” the spokesperson said. “We’ve carefully planned spectator access to make arriving at the circuit as efficient as possible, and we encourage everyone to use the designated entrances for their ticket category.”
The spokesperson added that the response to the VIP experience has exceeded expectations and urged fans who are considering that option not to wait, as the package is close to being sold out.
Fans seeking an even closer view of the action can purchase the Sunday Paddock Club Pass for $100,000. That package includes all VIP benefits, along with pit lane access, closer interaction with the GT cars, exclusive driver photo opportunities, and access to the pre-race grid walk and cultural festivities.
The club said the Paddock Club package is a limited opportunity for fans who want to experience the event from the closest possible vantage point.
In addition to race tickets, official GT Challenge de las Américas merchandise is also available, including event shirts priced at $8000.
