Physical trainer released on bail for sexual assault

A physical trainer was on Thursday released on bail after he appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts before Magistrate Sherdel Marcus Isaacs to answer to a sexual offence charge.
Michael Sampson, 27, of Lot B Plot A, Delhi Street, Prashad Nagar, is accused of touching the breast of a woman with whom he shares a common-law relationship without her consent while at his home on February 19, 2018.
The unrepresented man pleaded not guilty to the charge and was released on $75,000 bail.
He is expected to make his next court appearance on March 28, 2018.
