Police Female Football Club overpower Milerock WFC

Champions of the Women’s Super-16 Festival, Police Female Football Club (Police FFC), continue to prove their supporters right by administering a 15-nil hammering on Milerock WFC on Saturday, August 13, at the Wisburg Ground in Linden.
This came about as the Guyana Football Federation (GFF) Women’s Football League was played. The Police FFC
scorers were: Analisa Vincent – 6, Lakesha Pearson – 3, Collette Rutherford – 1, Deekola Chester – 2, Tiandi Smith – 2 and Ashanti Smith – 1.
Several players from the mining town’s Police youth groups make up the Police Female Football Club, which translated into massive support during the game.
