Police hunting Tuschen youth who escaped from custody
Police in ‘D’ Division (West Coast Demerara/East Bank Essequibo) are on the hunt for a suspect who escaped from the Leonora Police Station.

According to the Police Force, 24-year-old Leon Allister of Lot 2494 Tuschen Housing Scheme, EBE is wanted for questioning in relation to the offence of simple larceny, and for escaping from lawful custody at the Leonora Police Station on October 7.
The Force is asking anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Leon Allister to contact the Police on telephone numbers 225-6411, 226-1389, 227-2128, 226-7065, 225-2227, 225-0575; 911, or the nearest police station.
The Force is assuring that all information supplied would be treated with the strictest confidence.
