Police are currently probing a shooting that occurred Sunday evening at Bareroot on the East Coast of Demerara (ECD), leaving one man dead.
The man has so far been identified as construction worker, Orlando Chichester.
When contacted, Regional Commander Khali Pareshram confirmed that detectives have secured the scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
