Former Guyanese chutney king, Prince JP is set to release his brand new single titled “De Same Gyal” today on 89.5FM with WR Reaz and Selector Andy at 14:00h. The father of one has not let anything hamper his passion for music and will continue to record songs in the US to keep his Guyanese fans entertained.
This new song was written by the young heartthrob and was produced in Professor Bounty Target Studio in Trinidad and Tobago. Apart from being released on 89.5FM, it will also be released on Fire Fest 101 Rush in Queens New York at 19:00h.
The song tells the story of a boy who is always talking ill things about a girl but he ends up falling in love with her and ultimately proposes.
The young man was described as immature and one with a “big mouth”. It also relates to many young guys out there who cannot keep things to themselves.
In an interview with Guyana Times Entertainment, the young artiste said “If a boy gets a kiss from a girl, he has to tell everyone… if she sends him a photo, he has to show Tom, Dick and Harry”.
