Home News Pushcart vendor charged for stealing $2000
A pushcart vendor who alleged that he was beaten after he reportedly stole $2000 was on Tuesday granted self-bail when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan.
Forty-nine-year-old Lyndon Jagman of Lot 3010 North Ruimveldt, Georgetown, denied that he stole the cash on May 8, 2018 at Lombard Street, Georgetown from Alesia Lawrence.
Police Prosecutor Devon Goodman had no objections to bail, and Jagman was placed on self-bail. The case will continue on July 6, 2018.
