GCA/ Noble House Seafood 2nd Division 2-Day Final

– Transport SC hit the nets

When Transport Sports Club (TSC) and GNIC second division teams showed up at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) ground Bourda on Saturday morning for the Georgetown Cricket Association’s (GCA) Noble House Seafood second division final they were greeted with a wet pitch and damp outfield. Members of the Transport Sports Club second division team used the free day for some tapeball action

Sport sought an official comment from the GCA’s executive member, Shawn Massiah who stated that a new date will be set for the important fixture. “We have to look at the weather before we make a decision on the new date for the final,” Massiah said.

Meanwhile, it was not all lost for the TSC team who are determined for more success on the second division circuit as they took to their home turf for a tapeball session.

Playing tapeball to prepare for competitions is nothing new to TSC since their home ground is being upgraded making turf sessions impossible.
