Ramdhani/ Mangra are GOA Open badminton doubles champs
An exhilarating finish to the Guyana Olympic Association (GOA) Open Badminton Tournament saw Sunburst-sponsored Narayan Ramdhani and Jonathan Mangra defeat Gokarn Ramdhani and Nicholas Ali to win the men’s doubles final on Monday at the National Gymnasium.
It was deemed the match of the day, with the younger pair winning 21-14, 21-17.

In the mixed doubles semi-finals, Jonathan Mangra and Ambika Ramraj defeated Ceceil Abrams and Kara Abrams 21-10, 21-13.
In the mixed doubles finals, Narayan Ramdhani and Priyanna Ramdhani defeated Jonathan Mangra and Ambika Ramraj 21-8, 21-15.
The Guyana Badminton Association (GBA) will be holding the official presentation on Saturday at the Olympic House on High Street, Kingston at 13:30h when the winners, runners up and semi-finalists will receive their prizes.
