Rapid ticket sales continue as play-off sales commence

The largest crowd seen in a while gathered yesterday at 238 Camp and Quamina streets in Georgetown as the Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) ticket sales continued in Guyana, with patrons turning out in overwhelming numbers to purchase tickets for the remaining matches at the Guyana National Stadium at Providence.

Sale of tickets for the play-off matches which will bowl off on Sunday October 6 commenced yesterday, Friday September 20. It was reliably confirmed on Thursday last by John Ramsingh, Guyana Amazon Warriors (GAW) Media Officer, that tickets for the GAW vs Trinbago Knight Riders match have been completely sold out. That match between the CPL giants will commence on Friday October 4, 2019.
Meanwhile, tickets for all stands for the match between Jamaica Tallawahs and the GAW are available, with the play-off tickets moving at a rapid pace.

This reporter visited the ticket office and readily observed that patrons had equipped themselves with umbrellas to combat the sweltering heat. Hundreds of cricket supporters were seen along Camp Street in a line stretching for a great distance. Tickets for all matches available at the CPL main office on Quamina street, Georgetown.
The remaining matches that will be played at the Guyana National Stadium are as follows:
> Thursday October 3: Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Jamaica Tallawahs from 18:00h
> Friday October 4: Guyana Amazon Warriors vs Trinbago Knight Riders from 20:00h
> Sunday October 6: Qualifier 1, which commences at 11:00h followed by the Eliminator at 15:30h
