“Reggae in the Park” for Christmas night

The place to be on Christmas night is definitely the National Park for one of the biggest parties of the season, featuring Jamaican Dancehall artiste, Christopher Martin. After a few years hiatus, the artiste returns to Guyana and is all excited to perform for his Guyanese fans.
The event titled “Reggae in the Park”, promoted by ICulture, will also feature dancehall artistes Bugle and Vershon also of Jamaica. The headlining act will however be that of Christopher Martin who is known for his sassiness.
Martin is popularly known for his tunes, “I’m a Big Deal”; “Under the Influence”; “Cheaters Prayer” and “Sweet, Sweet Love” among others. The three artistes will be backed by several Guyanese artistes, including Natural Black and Fusion International Boom Deejays including the versatile Selector Diamond.
The other artistes are also eager and ready to hit the stage on Monday evening.
General Admission tickets cost $3000, while stage front will cost $10,000. Tickets are available at White Castle Fish Shop, Hadfield Street; Tower Hotel, Main Street; Gizmos and Gadgets, Wellington Street; Footsteps on Camp Street; Nigel’s Supermarket, Robb Street and That Look Boutique, South Road, Georgetown.
Gates open at 20:00h, with show time set for 22:00h.
