Anand Sanasie, who is vying for the presidency of the Cricket West Indies, has issued his manifesto for the transformation of cricket. In the 20-page document, Sanasie and his vice presidency candidate Calvin G. Hope outline numerous opportunities, programmes and phased implementation plans which will transform the region’s cricket.
