The President’s Third Futsal Championship Tournament roared into a thrilling semi-final phase on Tuesday evening as teams across the Schoolboys, Female, and Male divisions battled fiercely at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, delivering goals, grit, and unforgettable moments.

Schoolboys’ Division
Fans were treated to an astonishing display of attacking futsal as West Ruimveldt Secondary School dismantled West Minster Secondary School by a staggering 11 goals to 5.
Okel Roberts led the charge with a sensational five-goal haul, while Jeremiah Griffith added four more in a dominant performance that showcased West Ruimveldt’s firepower. Despite goals from Nickille Watson, Ezekiel Caesar, and Tyrese Johnson, Westminster struggled to contain the relentless pressure.
In the second semi-final, Dolphin Secondary School booked their place in the final with a convincing 5-2 victory over New Central High. Christenson Daudinot struck twice early to set the tone, while Tyler Abrams and Sean Grant ensured Dolphin’s march into the championship match. Trevor Gordon netted a brace for New Central High in a valiant but unsuccessful comeback attempt.
The stage is set for a battle between West Ruimveldt and Dolphin, while West Minster will take on New Central High in the third-place playoff.
Female Division
In the female section, Lady Royals produced a composed performance to defeat Street Vybz 3-1. Goals from Shemaya Daniels and Amanda McKenzie secured Royals’ passage to the final, while Afena Baptist found the net for Street Vybz.
Meanwhile, defending champions Lady Kanaimas sent a powerful statement with a ruthless 10-0 demolition of Westside Ballers. Glendy Lewis and Naiome Williams spearheaded the scoring spree as Kanaimas underlined their status as title favourites.
The Lady Kanaimas will take on Lady Royals for the final, while the third-place playoff will see a Street Vybz and Westside Ballers clash.

Male Division
The male division saw emphatic performances as the Road Warriors crushed the Bomb Squad 9-0, showcasing depth and precision with goals coming from eight different contributors, including a late own goal that summed up the Bomb Squad’s difficult night.
The most competitive encounter of the evening came as Bent Street A edged Sparta Boss 6-4 in a pulsating semi-final. Beveney McGarrell and Colin Nelson delivered crucial goals to seal the win, despite a spirited effort from Sparta Boss, led by Nicholas McArthur and Jobe Caesar. With the defending champions eliminated earlier in the tournament, a new male champion is guaranteed.
The male finale is set for a battle between Road Warriors and Bent Street A, while Sparta Boss will take on Bomb Squad for the third-place playoffs.
As the President’s Third Futsal Championship heads into its final stage, anticipation continues to build. With rivalries renewed, champions on the line, and talent on full display, the stage is set for a spectacular conclusion to an unforgettable tournament.
The finale is set for January 2, 2026, at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
