Dear Editor,
First, the list could not be completed following H2H registration before November 2019, then at CCJ, we learnt December 2019 was touted, now suddenly, H2H Registration can be completed in three months, October 2019, or shorter.
The shifting of dates does not augur well for the image of the electoral body.
