Sleepin Hotel distributes hampers to staff

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to spread in Guyana, the management of Sleepin Group of Hotels distributed another 150 hampers to their staff on Friday.

According to the hotel’s management, the kind gesture was done to show appreciation and gratitude for the contribution that the workers have made to the success of the company over the past years.
They also underscored that while these hampers are being distributed to their workers, it is also the company’s commitment to assist in the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19).
“Ground provision and other locally grown items have been incl

uded in the hampers in a show of support for our local farmers,” the management stated in a release.
However, the establishment took the opportunity to urge Guyanese to remain protected and in a safe environment during this period.
“We take this opportunity to wish everyone good health and safety in this time of trial. The management of the Sleepin Group of Hotels would like to extend best wishes to all Guyanese workers and indeed, all workers around the world, on this special day.”
Two weeks ago, the company distributed over 150 hampers to its staff as a way of supporting them during the pandemic.
