Slingerz Racing’s L’ente Supremo bags G3 win in Brazil

Slingerz Racing Stable could not have asked for a stronger start to the 2026 racing season, announcing its presence in emphatic fashion with a standout performance at one of Brazil’s premier events, the Grand Prix City Hall of Rio de Janeiro (G3), following an exhilarating night of top-class racing at the Gávea Hippodrome on Monday.
Contesting the seventh race over 1900 metres (m), Slingerz Racing Stable saddled two runners in a deep and highly-competitive field and walked away with a result that underlined the operation’s growing influence on the South American racing circuit.
The stable’s representatives, L’ente Supremo and Olympic National, delivered performances of quality and consistency, finishing first and fourth, respectively, on one of Brazil’s biggest stages.
The spotlight belonged to L’ente Supremo, who turned in a polished and authoritative display to secure the prestigious Group Three title.
Partnered by João Moreira, widely regarded as one of Brazil’s elite jockeys, the six-year-old showcased tactical speed, balance, and determination to outclass a seasoned line-up of rivals.
Moreira’s trademark composure and race awareness were evident throughout, as he positioned his mount perfectly before producing a decisive move turning for home.

The response was emphatic. L’ente Supremo powered clear in the final stages to score convincingly, earning the winner’s purse of R$71,808.00 and delivering Slingerz Racing Stable a landmark victory to open the new year in style.
Prepared to perfection at the Vale da Boa Esperança Training Center by Lênio Roberto Vieira, L’ente Supremo is a son of Emcee out of Rubia Del Rio (by Put It Back), bred by Haras Santa Maria de Araras and raced by Slingerz Racing Stable.
He continues to thrive in classic company at the Jockey Club Brasileiro, and this success marked the fifth win of his career and his fourth at Group level, following previous victories in the GP Professor Nova Monteiro (G3, twice) and the GP Salgado Filho (G3).
He also boasts a notable fourth-place finish in the Gran Premio Latinoamericano (G1) in 2024 in Peru. On this occasion, he stopped the clock in 2min 00.68s, further underlining his enduring class.
There was further encouragement for the stable with the performance of Olympic National, who finished a creditable fourth under Leandro Henrique, remaining competitive throughout and reinforcing the depth within the Slingerz Racing roster.
Stable owner Javed Ali expressed pride in the achievement while being quick to credit the hard-working team in Brazil.
He noted that performances such as those delivered by L’ente Supremo and Olympic National reaffirm Slingerz Racing Stable’s broader ambitions as it continues to make steady inroads across Brazil and South America.
