The Berbice duo of Kevin Sinclair and Nial Smith have each earned a maiden call-up to the Guyana Jaguars squad for the upcoming Regional 4-Day tournament.
Leg-spinner Devendra Bishoo and wicketkeeper/batsman Tevin Imlach, who played one match last season, have also made returns to the team.
The Guyana Jaguars Team will compete in the WICB Professional Cricket League Regional 4-Day Tournament beginning on January 9, 2020 in Antigua.
Five times’ defending champions, the Jaguars’ full squad reads: Tagenarine Chanderpaul, Chandrapaul Hemraj, Leon Johnson (Captain), Christopher Barnwell, Vishaul Singh, Devendra Bishoo, Tevin Imlach, Keon Joseph, Raymon Reifer, Anthony Bramble, Veerasammy Permaul, Nial Smith and Kevin Sinclair.
Esuan Crandon is the Coach, Shivnarine Chanderpaul is the Assistant Coach and Manager, and Neil Barry is the Physiotherapist.
Keemo Paul, Shimron Hetmyer and Romario Shepherd are currently on West Indies duty, but once available, Shepherd will join the competition for the second round.
