Sophia man slapped with 2nd murder charge

Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts, where the charge was read. The charge stated that between July 31 and August 2, 2018 at Kuru Kururu, Linden-Soesdyke Highway during the course of a robbery and in the company of others, he murdered 46-year-old Gregory Frank.
According to reports, Frank was found lying face down in a pool of blood in the sitting room of his home at Lot 686 Kuru Kururu. The gruesome discovery was made by Frank’s father after he suspected something was amiss and decided to check on his son.
The accused was remanded and was expected to make his next court appearance

The accused was previously slapped with a murder charge and was remanded by Magistrate Zamilla Ally-Seepaul at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court. He is accused of killing 21-year-old Ronslay Clarke. It is alleged that he fatally shot Clarke at a party on August 2, 2018.
