Starr Computer supports vaccination drive by way of raffle

Starr Computer on Thursday held one of a series of raffle draws that are intended to encourage Guyanese to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
The virtual drawing was done at the company’s head office, Brickdam, Georgetown, which saw one person winning the grand prize of a laptop, printer and other accessories and ten others winning consolation prizes.
At the drawing, head of the company, Mike Mohan reiterated that “COVID-19 kills, and with the raise of the new Delta variant, spreading its deadly venom at an accelerated rate, it’s like another wave all over again, and the only way forward is with vaccination.”

The raffle is one of four which will be held on the 15th day of every month. Winners must be Guyanese and present their Authorised Vaccination Card within three days of being confirmed a winner.
