The much anticipated circus is set for their debut show this evening at D’Urban Park, Georgetown, with over 50 skilled people on show. The first evening is expected to set the tone for future shows and from all indications, all is set for the event.
The Suarez Brothers Circus out of Mexico – one of the most popular circuses in the world – was in Guyana 13 years ago for a short time. This time, there are here for a longer period and it is an opportunity you cannot miss.
From clowns to high rope riding, the kids will have a blast. The animals are well trained and are ready to perform for their fans. The first show kicks off today.
For the time the circus will be in town, there will be one show between Mondays to Fridays commencing at 19:30h. On Saturdays, there will be two shows – 17:00h and 19:30h and on Sundays, there will be three massive shows – 14:00h, 17:00h and 19:30h.
Tickets will be sold based on preference. The bleachers tickets cost $1500 for children and $2300 for adults, while tickets for the middle section will cost $2000 for children and $3500 for adults and the VIP section will cost $3500 for children and $4700 for adults.
Tickets will be available at D’Urban Park from 10:00h to 22:00h. The circus is expected to be what is seen on television. Be sure to pick up those tickets early.
