RECAP
This accused was reportedly in the company of a woman in her house at Alness when Moore showed up and an altercation ensued, resulting in Stanley allegedly chopping Moore to death.

Moore had reportedly been acting on behalf of a taxi driver who had an interest in the young woman whom Stanley was ‘seeing’. The taxi driver had allegedly invested lots of money in her, and on the day in question, she had not been responding to his messages; thus, he had requested Moore to find out what was going on.
Stanley’s sister has since related that her brother explained that he killed Moore in self-defence, and he is alleging that Moore had attacked him with a knife and cutlass while he was trying to escape on his motorcycle.
