…retailing agents awarded for outstanding contributions to company

After seven years of operations in Guyana’s gaming industry, Superbet is continuing to expand its services with additional options for its customers, in collaboration with its local retailing agents.

Superbet’s Operations Manager Tariq Kerret

In previous years, Superbet rolled out an extensive chain of retail agents, allowing players the convenience of multiple locations with the option of also enjoying customised gaming centres across Guyana.
During a recently held “Retailer Day” event, the first activity hosted to honour outstanding agents in Guyana, Superbet’s Operation Manager, Tariq Kerrett, stated that new plans are in the pipeline for the entire 2020 that will rapidly expand the services which the company presently offers.
“The gaming industry has a massive potential and in 2020, we will explore this potential further. Our aim is to not only aim to reward our agents for reaching our targets in 2019 but also to ensure that you are fully aware of the 2020 resolution. We are also doing product development which is to bring more games and also we are going to do customer relationship management…introducing new player cards so that customers can receive bonus points coming for 2020,” Kerrett told the gathering at Marriott Hotel on Saturday.
He also lauded the efforts and contributions that agents have made in ensuring that Superbet continues to operate here in Guyana.

Warning
However, Kerrett pointed out that the management of the company was on previous occasions notified that some agents charge customers for them to receive their winnings.
The operation manager warned against such a practice since the company does not require that persons pay additional costs to receive their winnings.
“We received some reports of agents taking, charging customers for payouts. Now that is against our company’s policies, which I think you all would be aware of. A customer should not have to pay to receive the money that they have won,” he added.

Awarded
Meanwhile, retailing agents were awarded under various categories for their outstanding contributions in relation to sales and services it offered last year.
Additionally, Kerrett assured them of Superbet’s commitment to supporting them in new branding for the company that will be executed shortly.
Superbet is part of the Pasha Gaming Group, with operations in Uganda, Cyprus and Belgium, with almost 20 years of expertise in the betting industry across the globe, having several operations in Suriname as well.
