A teenager on Wednesday made his appearance before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts after he was slapped with a break and enter charge.
Nineteen-year-old Shiva Kadirwel of Lot 8 Riverview, Ruimveldt, Georgetown, denied the offence after it was read to him. The charge alleged that on October 9, 2018 at Ruimveldt, Georgetown he broke and entered the dwelling of Georgina Austin and stole $20,000.
Police Prosecutor Warren Thornhill made no objections to bail being granted.
Magistrate Azore released the teen on $40,000 bail. The case will continue on November 28, 2018.
