Dear Editor,
Our sister CARICOM nation St Vincent and the Grenadines is facing a crisis situation of immense proportions.
While the Guyana Government has offered assistance and support, our thoughts and prayers are with the people of that Caribbean nation at this very grave time.
It is hoped that the fate which befell another Caribbean island some years ago would not result in this instance.
