Thrilling bike action showcased at War of Wheels 2k23
The Guyana National Park was filled with exhilarating bike action as the War of Wheels 2k23 Motorsport Festival culminated under lights on December 10, 2023 with jubilant spectators.
This event saw the participation of international athletes coming from France, Denmark, Australia, and Trinidad and Tobago as well as local enthusiasts partaking in drifting, freestyle motocross, and sport bike freestyle, and an after-party performance by Young Bredda.
A glimpse of what to expect
The French duo of Ben Baldini and Romain Jeandrot started off the excitement as they enthused the audience by showcasing sportbike freestyle while the drifting segment saw a mixture of local and international drifters with the likes of Jarion Benjamin, Dario Jordan, Rajive Suchit, Imran khan, Nicholas Ramlochan and Rajesh Rampers along with local car and bike enthusiasts getting an opportunity to showcase their skills.
With a mixture of Danish and American, the duo of Alex Porsing and Koltin Polinsky managed to put on a show for the Guyanese audience leaving them in awe with the bikers showcasing over 75 airborne stunts with their bikes coming off the ramp one hundred per cent.
The event was made possible due to sponsorship from UNICOM, Historic Paints, SMS Multilift Guyana, JS Guyana Inc, MMD Hallow Blocks & Pavers, UNICOMER, and Sleep Inn.
