The Cricket teams of the Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club (RHTYSC), M.S on Sunday last held the drawing ceremony of their 2016 “Say Yes to Education and Sports” Raffle. The drawing was conducted at the Club’s Office in presence of Club members and members of the General Public.

The holder of Ticket #982 won an airline ticket to the United States of America compliments of Fly Jamaica. The winning ticket was drawn by national female cricketer Sheneeta Grimmond. Ticket #464 would receive the 2nd prize of a bicycle while the holder of ticket #310 would take home, an electric blender. The 4th prize of a large food hamper would go to the holder of ticket # 1630.
Funds raised from the raffle would be used by the RHTYSC, M.S to purchase school bags for less fortunate students in an effort to get them to stay in school and complete their education. Some of the funds would also be used to purchase cricket gears for the Club’s cricket development programme.
