Timehri man gets 3 years on break and enter and larceny charge
Twenty-six-year-old Ken Geoms of Timheri, East Bank Demerara (EBD), was on Friday sentenced to three years’ imprisonment on a break and enter and larceny charge.
Geoms was reportedly arrested by a Police rank of Grove Police Station for breaking into the property of Terrence Cummings of Kaneville, EBD, during which he stole several items.
However, he appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Diamond/Grove Magistrates’ Court where he pleaded guilty to the charge when it was read to him.
As such, the Magistrate imposed the prison sentence.
