Trinidadian woman stabbed to death by Guyanese Pastor

Authorities in Trinidad are on the hunt for a Guyanese man, said to be a pastor, after he allegedly stabbed a female religious leader to death in the twin island on Saturday night.
The incident occurred around 22:30h, according to reports in the Trinidad and Tobago Guardian.
The dead woman has been identified as Pastor Alisa Ali, 42, of Gill Trace, Lamont Street, Longdenville. According to the local media entity, the now deceased woman operated a church next to her home.

argument with the suspect, who is believed to have stabbed her multiple times to her face and upper body.
The now dead woman’s children, upon hearing the commotion, ran into her bedroom and found her bleeding from stab wounds.
Ali’s daughter and son-in-law rushed her to the Chaguanas District Health Facility where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, it was reported that after committing the gruesome crime, the suspect ran out of the house and up towards Gill Street. Eyewitnesses told investigators that he then flagged down a passing car and escaped.
Police at the Longdenville and Chaguanas Police Stations and Central Police Division are now on the hunt for the suspect.
