The driver of the vehicle was allegedly speeding east along the northern carriageway, and Harris sustained severe injuries on account of the impact.

A breathalyser test determined that the driver had more alcohol than the legal limit in his system. He is currently in Police custody assisting with the investigation, while Harris’s body is at the Ezekiel Funeral Home awaiting a post-mortem examination.
