Tutorial Academy Secondary School (TASS) have reached regional final of zone six in the 6th annual Digicel National Knockout schools

football tournament with a 7-0 win over the regional defending champions Berbice High School (BHS) in their semifinal encounter on Thursday at the Burnham Park in New Amsterdam.

For TASS, Orin Glen opened the scoring in the first minute of play to stun the crowd which had come to back the defending champions. Five minutes later a defense error put TASS two up and then in the 13th minute Joshua Wilson registered his first of two goals. Three minutes later Glen found the back of the nets again. The other goals came off the booth of Jaleen Fraser in the 21st and 90+1 minutes.
TASS will now meet the winner of the Orealla Secondary versus New Amsterdam Technical Institute semifinal which is scheduled for today at the same venue starting at 14:00h.
TASS, previous regional champions have looked impressive throughout the competition disposing of Port Mourant Training Centre, Tagore Memorial Secondary and BHS to reach the regional final.
