On Wednesday, the Chinese Embassy in Guyana and the University of Guyana (UG) jointly held a film festival and photo exhibition to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
Ambassador Yang Yang and the Vice Chancellor of UG, Paloma Mohamed Martin, attended the opening ceremony and delivered remarks.
