The Georgetown Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association (GCU&SA) is set to commence training on the Laws of Cricket from June 18, 2019.
Classes will begin at 17:00h local time every Tuesday and Thursday at the Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) in Queenstown, Georgetown, and will be held for a period of two months. At conclusion of these sessions, participants will be examined and certificates will be presented to the successful.
Trainers will include present International Cricket Council (ICC) umpire Nigel Duguid.

Persons interested in an umpiring career, cricketers, administrators, coaches, media personnel and cricket enthusiasts are also invited to attend.
