Vanguard fought hard but were unable to contain CBB’s offensive pressure. Once again, Terrence Groenhart led the scoring for his team, tallying 12 points with nine spikes, two blocks, and one ace serve in another impressive individual effort.
The week concluded on Thursday night with a dominant display from GDF, who swept aside Castrol Strikers in straight sets, winning 3-0.

For Castrol Strikers, Gostavo was the team’s leading scorer with six points, all coming from well-executed spikes, but his efforts were not enough to prevent GDF from cruising to victory.
