Vibez pumping as Bacchanal Wednesday draws closer

In less than a week, Guyanese will experience one of the biggest shows to be held on local shores, featuring a combination of chutney and soca artistes.
It is the first time in the history of Guyana that more than 20 chutney and soca artistes will take the stage at the National Park tarmac on Wednesday, August 23, and this phenomenon is expected to be epic.
The show is the brainchild of Trinidad and Tobago’s soca sensation, Destra Garcia – a show that is being held the Wednesday before Carnival in the Twin Island Republic and has received overwhelming reviews.
Performing at the event are reigning Chutney Monarch, ; former International Chutney Monarch KI; The queen of bacchanal, Destra Garcia; Nadia Batson; Kerry John; Orlando Octane; Barbados soca queen, Allison Hinds; Denise Blefon; Freezie; Falty; Swappy and others.
In the local line-up are Jumo “Rubber Waist” Primo; Temika Marshall; Michelle “Big Red” King; Kwasi “Ace” Edmondson; Shelly G and other top Guyana artistes. Tickets for the event can be won during various promotions by GTT and Stag.
However, days leading up the event a small amount of tickets will be available at a cost of $3000 each and will only be available at That Look Boutique, Exclusive Styles, Nigel’s Supermarket and Church’s Chicken outlets.
