I have noticed since Wednesday 6 October 2016 that the Coat of Arms has been changed. This appears to have been done arbitrarily and without public knowledge.
At today’s Investiture Ceremony the “new” Coat of Arms was on display. I have scanned all the local newspapers for this week to see if any notice was published or if the Ministry of Citizenship or other relevant Ministry had made a Public Announcement. I could not find any such notice.
I am therefore asking you to kindly investigate and as appropriate obtain an explanation as to which version of our Coat of Arms is to be used.
