The Police have launched an investigation into an alleged burglary committed on a vulcanising shop at Middle Street, Ruimzeight, West Coast Demerara (WCD), on Sunday.
Based on reports received, the 38-year-old victim checked his premises the previous day and everything was intact.
However, on the day in question at about 23:30h, he made another check and it was then he realised that two buckets of 15-40 oil, two buckets of 68, grease, one NP grease and one green gas cylinder were missing.
He immediately lodged a report at the Den Amstel Police Station. The scene was visited by the Police and statements were taken as investigations continue.
