The India in Guyana Facebook page on Sunday posted its tribute to the late Ambassador Elisabeth Harper, expressing their deep sadness at her passing.
“We will greatly miss her erudition, warmth, genial disposition and her valuable contribution to strengthening India-Guyana partnership. We stand in solidarity with her family and friends and pray that her soul rests in peace,” it stated.
