Home Letters Why is the rigging cabal asking for a bailout?
Dear Editor,
At a cursory glance, the actions of the Chairwoman, Justice Claudette Singh (ret’d) leaves much to be desired, reasons for me saying this is that at times it seemed that she was firmly on the side of the rigging cabal and was about stealing an entire election. I am talking about standing in support of all their plans and blatant disregard for a lawful, free, and transparent electoral process.
It was a mind-boggling experience looking back at what transpired post-March 2, 2020. However, taking a closer and a more refined look, you get the picture of a former judge on top of her court who was not in any way going to allow her corrupt subordinates to derail the electoral process.
For starters she allowed the rigging party to fully vent their plan for months on end until there was no more place to hide, as we would say in creole, she gave them “enough rope to hang themselves.” The rigging plan ran the whole gamut, that is, from the self-assured Clairmont Mingo who when asked the question by Mr Yearwood “where did those figures come from” he would assert these are “my figures”. Quite a bold and obnoxious response from a man who was tampering with State documents before an international audience. Little did he realise that the day would come when he would have to atone for such reckless behaviour.
In his exuberance, this guy failed to grasp the grave legal implications he was getting himself into and this has been his plight ever since. The same could be said of Lowenfield when he was asked by the Chairwoman to present the figures of the recount. He, like his colleague Mingo, blatantly and irritatingly produced four different sets of numbers on four different occasions. Certainly, it was not a matter of him not knowing what to do or how to tabulate the figures of the recount, all of these things were already there, it was a simple administrative matter from here onward.
But Lowenfield was bent on fulfilling his master’s plan in rigging the election, so his focus was all set in one direction and nothing else. This is the plan in a nutshell where a corrupt CEO was hell-bent on making his rigging plan a success. For his obstinacy, this has landed him in court and for which he must lead a sensible defence, otherwise the consequences would be dire.
The problem Lowenfield and Mingo have to face up to is that they were doing this before an international audience of eminent persons who witnessed the asininity in full swing. So, I cannot find any magical formula with-which the two can conjure up to redeem themselves from the fate that awaits them.
In that regard, calling on the Chairwoman to bail them out of their miserable existence is ludicrous at best, they must give an account of their actions as it relates to our electoral process being bogged down for so long, they must atone and do so now!
My advice to all those involved in this rigging circle is to start speaking up, loud and clear, as to who authorised them to carry out this corrupt scheme and let us bring closure to this madness. We want to know the intellectual authors who were behind this nefarious scheme and finally bring them to justice. This lawlessness must not be allowed to flourish or ever take root here again.
Respectfully,
Neil Adams
