Twenty-eight-year-old Samantha Larose found herself before Senior Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts where she was slapped with charges of damage to property and assault.
Larose denied the allegations made out against her. The first charge stated that on August 25, 2018, at her Albouystown home, she damaged several valuables including cellphones, a tarpaulin, wares and a kerosene stove, which when totalled valued $112,000; the property of her husband, David Larose.
The second charge against Larose stated that on August 24, 2018, at the same location she unlawfully assaulted her husband.
The prosecutor made no objections to bail. Magistrate Azore granted bail in them sum of $95,000. The cases will continue on October 10.
