Zeelugt man beaten, robbed

A Zeelugt man had to be treated at the Leonora Cottage Hospital on Sunday night after he was beaten and robbed while on his way home from a relative.

Nevendra Ramlakhan, 44, of Lot 24 Zeelugt Housing Scheme, West Coast Demerara, was relieved of his wallet and a gold chain, which he was wearing at the time.
