The matches are part of the ongoing fund raising drive for Samuel Kingston who requires eye surgery in Trinidad and Tobago this month end. Kingston who also plays the lovely game was hit in his eye at the Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO) ground last November and will go under the knife at a cost of US$5,000.

After surgery Kingston is required to spend 14 to 16 days recovering and receiving treatment before being allowed to travel and as such requires additional funds.

Dave’s Pharmacy of Albert Street Alberttown is a long standing fiend of softball cricket and has once again thrown his support for Samuel Kingston.
